Micellar cleansing waters are a lazy girl's best friend. Originating from France, these are revolutionary in that they are gentle, no-rinse cleansers that leave the skin nourished and hydrated. Models, makeup artists, party girls, and makeup enthusiasts swear by them.
Bioderma (the brand that pixiwoo and Charlotte Tilbury use), started the trend. However, at $30 AUD (PHP 990) for a 250 mL bottle, it is hardly budget-friendly.
